Fresh baked fruit hand pies:
While best eaten the first day, the pies keep well in the fridge and should be consumed within 3 days of purchase. They can be reheated in a preheated oven at 350 for about 12-14 minutes or until crispy.
You can freeze your baked hand pies and reheat after thawing in the fridge. Reheat following instructions for fresh baked hand pies.
Frozen: (Take and Bake)
Please store your hand pies in the freezer until you are ready to bake and eat. For best results, the hand pies should be baked within 3 months of purchase. To bake, place hand pies on parchment line baking sheet, brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar if you like, then place in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 25 – 30 minutes. Some home ovens are hotter than others, so check your pies around 25 minutes.
